The McNeil Cheer Booster Club is a booster club created to support the McNeil Cheer Program including financial goals and volunteer hours. It is a club made up of the cheer parents as active members and anyone else interested in supporting as associate members. It is supported financially by dues and fundraising efforts. Per our booster club by-laws,
The purpose of the organization is to:
1. Build and maintain an organization, in cooperation with those in charge of the Cheerleaders, to help promote the activities and further the goals of all the Cheerleaders.
2. Lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the McNeil High School Cheerleaders.
3. Encourage and maintain an enthusiastic interest by parents and community members participating in the various activities of the Cheerleaders.
4. Support fundraising activities, promote scholarship, support excellence in cheer and dance, encourage high moral standards, and encourage school spirit among the Cheerleaders.
The McNeil Cheer Booster Club Meets monthly during the school year on the second, non-holiday, Tuesday of each month. Meetings are generally held in room L100 or G204 and begin at 7:00 pm.
NEXT MEETING: Tuesday, August 16 – first general Booster Club Meeting of the year at 7 p.m.
