Coach Justin "Cookie" Madison brings more than 20 years of cheerleading experience to the McNeil Mavericks. A Texas Southern University and Hallmark University School of Business alumnus, Coach Madison is entering his 4th year of teaching and his 2nd year at McNeil High School. He also spent 10 years as a UCA staff member, including 5 years as a Head Instructor. Originally from San Antonio, Coach Madison is passionate about developing confident, disciplined student-athletes and fostering excellence both on and off the mat.

Coach Julia Lohse serves as the Assistant Cheer Coach at McNeil High School and brings 18 years of cheerleading experience to the Mavericks program. A graduate of the University of Houston, she is also a dedicated ninth-year NCA Staff member, where she continues to mentor athletes from across the country.

With a background in education as an Elementary Resource, SPED Inclusion, and 4th grade teacher, Coach Lohse is passionate about helping students grow in confidence, character, and leadership. She is committed to developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel both on and off the mat.
