Coach “Cookie” Madison brings over 20 years of coaching experience. From Texas Southern University and Hallmark University. Now in his third year of teaching, Justin combines his deep passion for cheerleading with a decade of experience as a UCA staff member, including four years as a Head Instructor. Hailing from San Antonio, TX, he is dedicated to developing strong, disciplined, and inspiring athletes both on and off the mat.

Coach Lohse is the Assistant Cheer Coach at McNeil High School and a dedicated 9th-year NCA Staff member. A proud graduate of the University of Houston, Julia brings 18 years of cheer experience to her coaching role. She has a strong background in education, having worked as an Elementary Resource and SPED Inclusion teacher, as well as teaching 4th grade. Julia’s passion for both cheerleading and education drives her commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the mat.
