ANNUAL CHEER PROGRAM TRADITIONS
The McNeil Cheerleading Program is full of traditions that are carried out annually.
– Big/Lil Sisters is an opportunity to treat each other to a little something special before the games
– Spirit Circle, Pep Rallies, Homecoming door decorating contests and dressing up in fun themes each day during Homecoming week are just a few activities to show that Maverick Pride
– Senior Night starts with a tailgate party before the football game with food and well wishes to our graduating seniors
– Cheer Clinic is an opportunity for future McNeil Cheerleaders to learn a routine and perform at the beginning of a football game
– Spirit Books and Decals are our fundraising items during the year to promote school spirit
– Community Outreach activities have included support for our military troops abroad, giving gifts and caroling at the Texas Baptist Children’s home, and supporting Race for the Cure
and many, many more things to come!
